Mailing lists
Here you can find information on our mailing lists.
Announcement list
All members of ATO must subscribe to this list. Read below for information on it:
General
Please only put job announcements on the list. The only exception is if you have a
very urgent message to everyone in ATO that of some reason cannot wait for the
next newsletter. Please only write in English.
How to get on or off the list
Please ask your language administrator about this.
Submitting mail to the list
Please get the submission address from your local language administrator, and send mail
to that address. No special rules otherwise. The server will automatically
add "[ato-announce]" at the start of the topic in new mails, but you shouldn't worry about this.
Discussion list
All language administrators subscribe to this list, and all other members who are
interested in the organization part of ATO are very welcome.
General
Please only post mail which concerns only language administrators or mail concerning
the structure of ATO on this list. Messages for all members in ATO should be placed
on the main list.
Get the submission address from your local language administrator. We won't put it
on this homepage because of previous spamming.
Other mailing lists
Most language departments have their own mailing lists. Please contact your
language department's homepage or your
language administrator about further details.
